The job
Build the bungalows to the approved plans and get them weather-tight: block-work, lintels, then the roof, with every opening set out for doors and windows.
What we did
Our site team built the block-work and cast lintels over every opening. Carpenters then framed the hipped roofs in timber, and the roofing sheets went on over the frame. Porches and window openings were formed to plan so the finishing team can work straight on.
How the client stayed informed
Each milestone was documented: walls up, lintels cast, roof framed, roofing laid. Photos and short videos went to the client with records of materials delivered and money spent.
