The job
Wire the building safely and leave a clear record of everything that will be hidden behind concrete, plaster and soil.
What we did
Our electricians laid conduits across slab reinforcement before the pour, then wired and labelled distribution boards and starter panels. For safety we built copper-grid earth pits, backfilled with a salt and soil mix, and fixed a lightning rod at the roof ridge.
How the client stayed informed
Conduit layouts and earth pits are photographed before they are covered, because afterwards those photos are the only record of where everything runs.
